What to know

Full FAQ from the spa. Read before your first visit.

Making a spa appointment+

Reservations are strongly encouraged. A credit card holds your appointment. Guests on spa/lodging packages at Mountain Harbor should arrange spa services when lodging is booked. Weddings and special events need at least two weeks' notice. All-day groups require a $250 deposit, refundable if cancelled 5 days before the event.

Cancellation policy+

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at 50% of the service cost. Cancelling a resort room does not cancel spa reservations. Call the spa directly.

Arrival and late policy+

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so we can gather information and you can change into a robe if you like. Late arrival may shorten your service so we can stay on time for other guests.

Whisper zone+

The spa area and spa bridge are Whisper Zones so every guest can enjoy a quiet, peaceful retreat.

Parking+

Parking is just above the spa and conference center. Guests with disabilities can use the circular drive with direct access to the spa bridge.

What to wear+

Dress comfortably and leave valuables at home. You may change into a robe and sandals or undress in the treatment room. Undergarments or a bathing suit are fine. Keyed lockers are available.

Cell phones+

Please silence or turn off phones in the treatment area. Even in a locker, a ringtone can disturb another guest.

Health and contraindications+

Tell us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, diabetes, or are in chemotherapy. Some conditions are contraindicated for heat, massage, or skin care. Alcohol is discouraged before, during, and after treatment.

Massage etiquette+

You will be discreetly draped per Arkansas law. Only the area being treated is uncovered. Ask for a blanket anytime. Prefer a male or female therapist? Tell us ahead and we will try to accommodate. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Payment, resort fee, and gratuities+

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and personal checks. Mountain Harbor guests may charge to their room before checkout. Service prices include a 10% resort fee. Retail is subject to sales tax. Gratuities are customary and may go to your therapist or on your ticket.

Children+

We welcome spa-goers of all ages. Children must be at least 12 years old for most services unless noted, and younger guests may need a parent present or to remain clothed.
