Owner & Spa Director
Jessica started at the spa in 2007 as a part-time attendant while in high school and fell in love with everything about Turtle Cove. When the chance to buy the spa came in 2024, she took it. Now a mother of two, she is still as passionate about this place as she was eighteen years ago. Friendly and sharp on every detail, she will cheerfully handle scheduling, questions, and anything else you need.
Spa Reception
Lee Ann works full-time at the front desk. Guests may already know her from Mountain Harbor's front desk starting in 2007; she joined the spa team in 2013. Dependable and loyal, she is often found with a book when she is not at the spa, chasing her Goodreads goals. She loves Lake Ouachita, Turtle Cove Spa, and Mountain Harbor.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Tabatha grew up in Arkansas by the Caddo River, earned her massage license in 2012, and fell in love with spa life. Her style blends Swedish and deep tissue with heat therapy. She is also certified in geriatric and orthopedic massage. Off the clock she is home with her husband and two boys.

Licensed Massage Therapist
Kara grew up in Mount Ida around Lake Ouachita and began studying massage in 2020. Beyond Swedish to deep tissue, she is certified in Reiki and card reading, with a real passion for energy work. Free time belongs to her partner and two kids.

Master Massage Therapist
Ralph began massage therapy in 1985 and holds a Master level license. He has taught massage in Hot Springs and continues to teach CEU courses. His style crosses Esalen and Lomi Lomi with full-body stretches, and he is certified in prenatal massage and myofascial release.

Licensed Esthetician
Molly brings a calm, attentive hand to facial and skin care services at Turtle Cove.

Jill goes by her middle name and has been a welcome addition to the team.
